Frequently Asked Questions

1.  When will you deliver the inflatable?

We will deliver and pick up between the hours of 10am and 6pm, however we are flexible so please contact us for specific requirements.

2. How long does it take to set up the inflatable & take it down?

It takes about 10 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack away.

3. What space will I need for the inflatable?

The inflatable is 3.6m x 3.6m and 2.5m high.  You will require a height of 3m and allow for 2m clearance around the inflatable.

4. Can I use the equipment indoors?

All the equipment can be used both indoors or out, but please remember to check the size of the hall beforehand.

5. When & how do I pay?

A £50.00 deposit is required as well as payment on the day of hire.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque supported by a guarantee card.  We will also require 2 forms of ID (one picture ID, e.g. passport/driving license and one utility bill) for insurance purposes.  Once the equipment is returned in good order the deposit will be returned.

 6. What happens in wet weather?

Our inflatable does come with a shower cover, however we will give you a call on the day of hire if it is raining to see if you still want to hire.  For safety reasons we would recommend using the inflatable outdoors during the summer months only.

7. Where do we deliver?

All prices include free delivery within a 5 mile radius of Fleet.  We can also deliver to other areas, please contact us directly for delivery prices.  Where the inflatable is hired the price also includes set up and dismantle.
